Ethan Marak has been working professionally as an animator and director for over 15 years. He created his first animated films in grade school, which grew into a passion that led him to the film program at San Francisco State University. He got his first taste of professional stop-motion as an intern on The Nightmare Before Christmas, which ultimately opened the door to his first job as an animator. Since then he has worked on a diverse range of commercials, TV series and feature films. He has been an animation director and episode director on several of Cartoon Network’s stop-motion shows and recently won an Emmy for his work on Robot Chicken. He now works as a directing partner at Buddy System Studios. Ethan’s personal work is fueled by a love of 70’s and 80’s science fiction and a desire to create dynamic characters and richly-detailed settings.

Mike Murnane voices Brawl Magnet and also designed and sculpted characters for SuperBattle. He is an earth based designer adept in creating stories, characters and environments using many local materials from clay to cardboard. For the last 15+ years he has been storytelling and making interactive art shows while designing characters and sets for live action, stop-motion and computer animated movies. Mike has worked in film/entertainment and theater for over 15 yrs helping design and sculpt characters and sets for Star Wars Ep2 and 3, Mummy, Galaxy Quest, Frankenstein and recently, for the stop-mo feature Coraline. He began in stop-motion sculpting characters and making sets for Bump in the Night on ABCTV as well as independent personal films like this gem. Mike also teaches what he loves. Hunter Curra grew up doing all kinds of crazy things in Texas. One day he woke up in California and realized he was having a great time making sound and music for cool ass animations. Aaron is a sound designer / editor / and all around audio geek. He's worked on such amazing shows as Robot Chicken, Moral Orel, Metalocalypse, the Red Bull Air Race series and also numerous films and commercials. Creating great sounds and finding new ways of bringing video and animation to life is his passion. Huge lover of technology, gadgetry, sci fi, film and media. He is very proud of the moniker audio nerd. Is he the next Ben Burtt? No, but damned if he doesn't aspire to be. He is incredibly proud to be a part of the team that worked on Superbattle, and hopes you enjoy it as much as he enjoyed working on it.
